Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the Managing Director (MD) of our company. This role involves a variety of secretarial and office management tasks, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the MD’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial tasks including filing, scanning, and checking invoices.
- Manage the MD’s personal administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel scheduling.
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all documents and resources are accessible.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in office management roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

- Part-time hours.
