Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support the Managing Director (MD) of our company. This role involves a variety of secretarial and office management tasks, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the MD’s activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial tasks including filing, scanning, and checking invoices.
  • Manage the MD’s personal administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel scheduling.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all documents and resources are accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in office management roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

Hours:

  • Part-time hours.
